Shop picture after install . . .
« on: January 05, 2017, 03:51:08 PM »
Here's a pix of what it looks like now. We have a long belt and three presses feeding into one dryer. Still cleaning up after the install as everything got moved around to make the space for the new equipment.

Green is the new blue.

Pierre did you opt out of using the base flash connections or is that temporary? That's one particular feature I love on these.

I like that tarp idea, Dexter would be proud.  Note to self: never accept an evening invite to see Pierre's shop.

too expensive to run the power centrally. It would have been 100A more so we would need an additional panel and additional power run to the disconnect. Dropping them individually also allows us to move the flashes where needed so we can run 3 flashes and the iron on one press is we we'd like to. 'little more flexibility in exchange for the more wires hanging around.

Ryonet came and filmed some videos so we got the banners for the background. So far very happy with Ryonet, so we are keeping the banners up!

pierre

p.s. that's for those wondering what's up with the banners.

no iron yet, coming in next week! From what I have seen at Danny's it did not slow down the printing as he was running two flashes, an iron and a ROQ Cool at 963 per hour on triblends!!! It might be the need for the good cooling that helps things move faster, but I don't know. Ask me again in about a month.

Looks really nice. I'm sure it feels good to get some prints on them.

Is that dryer going through the wall?

yup,
going through the wall to the warehouse. Keeps the fumes away from production area and makes the air conditioning work better.
