Can you use WB, specifically HSA ink for transfer printing?

Didn't serj just post some sick cmyk ones using Magna?  I know it's possible but aside from compliance for pvc free not sure why one would do it exactly.

i did a quick search but didn't see anything.

The only reason we are exploring this option is we are trying to figure out some prints on some difficult lu lu lemon prints for some yoga studios.
