Anitol Horizon 8 Color>error message

Question our Anitol Horizon is giving us an error message that the safety bars are disengaged, but they are not.  Any Ideas?

don't have one of those, but will throw some thoughts out. Hopefully it gives you something to do until you hear back from Anatol . . .

Check the switches on the bars. One of them might be broken. The leads going from the switch have to end somewhere. If you can access that spot, see if you can take the readings with a multimeter and see if there is one that reads different from the others. If all of them read the same, you might have a broken wire further down the road. See if you can figure out where they lead and take the readings there. Check all the wires along the path to make sure that one of them did not loosen up.
If all of that checks out, it is probably somewhere in the controller and I have no idea what they are using to run the press.

Post more info if you have it. . .

p.s. welcome to the board, BTW!
Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

Walk around the press and open and close all safety bars. Don't forget the weird one immediately to the right of the load station

Shut the computer/monitor off (with the key) and turn it back off. Sometimes it just needs to be reset to clear the code.
