Pre registration - accuracy question

We also have very good luck with the Roq + DTS. Not quite 99% but somehow that lies in the older DTS we have. It will print a screen maybe 1/16 - 1/8 inch off left to right maybe every 20 screens.

Having never used a reg pallet previously, I still friggin' hate thanking off a pallet. When we were pins it was so nice to just plop a screen in and know it was centered and level. They sent me the DTS/Roq pins and jigs, but I haven't installed them. Not sure how heavily I want to modify the DTS. But it would be sooooooo nice doing in a screen and bring ready right away again!

The reality is that on the MHM's unless you have every head set to exact zero you won't be dead on.
I'd imagine that's where the 4000 machines excel, being able to mechanically zero rather than squinting at a
vernier scale.

MHM FPU is lightyears ahead of carrier sheets.

The 4000 is a tank, i'd own one without question and modify it to work with three point. No buttons or pins on your screens to get in the way of the cts or other brands of equipment.

Yes the FPU is the best "film" positioning unit around and with a little modification, works just as well as a 3 point.

That's my issues with presses that use the pin system. If the press doesn't have self zeroing heads, it seems like it defeats the purpose.

I still think self zeroing heads, pins, and CTS would be the ultimate. At least in my head it is.
