Just want to express our appreciation and thumbs up to Eric and the group at action engineering. Last week we had a small issue with some double pocket pallets that were made during a time of transition and the addition of some new equipment at their facility. With no hesitation Eric stepped up made us a brand new set and shipped them at no charge to us. In addition for the inconvenience he sent a de linter set-up no charge. He was very much in tune with our production needs at that time and handled it.We are very pleased..
