Printing on thermals from Royal Apparel
« on: October 13, 2016, 01:14:13 PM »
What is the best way to print these. Plastisol, waterbased or ???
Mostly 1 -3 color. Black or charcoal items. So white will be part of the printed colors.

Thanks,
Shane

We've done both ways, I prefer discharge, they react nicely.

Discharge. All the way. Did a large large large video game company a few years back that begins with B and ends with E. Anyway, killer garments. Printed front, back, sleeves, and the inside with water base. Really cool. Not my taste personally but bad ass. Now there are printers on here that can print plastisol like nobody's business with the soft touch but on these in my opinion you can't top water base discharge. Just my opinion
