Dot-Tone-Designs is now offering I-Image after market installation, training and art/color separation consultation services pertaining to the I-Image family of DTS printers!
 
What we offer:

ART TRAINING
* Software updating/installation to the latest available software for efficient work flow and RIP file saving methods.
 
* Finely tuned training dedicated towards the most efficient art file preparation for output as it pertains specifically to the I-Image family of DTS   printers using your current graphics programs.
 
* On site, enhanced training in Spot color, 4 color process and specializing in simulated process color separation training for output to any device.

* Output folder setup for optimized halftone, CMYK, Indexed and stochastic color separation techniques.
 
* Print result evaluation and fine tuning of art separations and spot color and simulated process color printing on press with award winning color separation and print consulting techniques.


MACHINE/SCREEN ROOM OPERATION
* Detailed review of operation and scheduled maintenance procedures on the machine for new and existing employees.
 
* Re-calibration testing, of current saved calibrations as well as additional calibrations for enhanced fine printing.
 
* Identify accurate exposure times for all mesh using your current or new emulsion,

* Suggested best practices for screen room environment, coating techniques.
 
* Evaluation for optimized work flow from art to screen and archiving ripped files.

* Tri-Loc setup training from machine to press.

* After Market complete machine installation.

You may be closer than you think. Many shops buy these for purposes other than  he obvious. They have so many benefits.
Now, M&R has come out with a much more affordable version that I feel for the most part will sell like hot cakes.

Dan, I would think even the most seasoned shops could use your services in the pre press area. It seems as though alot of changes need to be made when adding the CTS. Even without the CTS your knowledge can help a lot of people.. I will be praying for you man. Thanks for all you have done for me over the years
