Looking at these on the uniforms as I watch the games, they looked like plastic, and sure enough, that's apparently what they are. Listed as "Liquid Plastic" I believe.
For collectors, they get framed, but on the uniforms, are these stitched on or pressed with a heat activated adhesive?
