Big order... What would be the best way to handle this...?

dont get the tramsfers from stahls.  contact a wholesale source (sign shop or someone from the boards) and the pricing will be much, much lower.  My local guy charges by square inch vs per unit, and on something like this at that quantity I think I would be spending like $15 cents per transfer or so...

The "upside" of paying Stahls more money, is they have been doing this for decades and have invested a considerable amount into research and development and equipment....IMO having used dozens of sources over the years, Stahls is the best there and it does cost you....But at the end of the day the transfers are just a small part of the cost....It is the garments that are the big ticket item and not worth risk in trying to save a few $s....
