It’s sometimes hard to estimate how quickly your sales will increase and your shop will outgrow its equipment. But thanks to the new Super Seca line of flash cure units manufactured by Workhorse Products, you can start out small and easily add options or upgrade to meet your shop’s needs as you expand.
The 18-inch by 18-inch model has a ceramic infrared heating panel with three heat reflectors that trap heat to prevent it from escaping and provide enhanced edge curing. The head can be rotated 360 degrees, and the angle of the panel can be adjusted by a convenient knob, which allows the printer to compensate for garments of varying thicknesses.
Designed to work with any model of manual or automatic screen printing press, this unit has a sturdy five-leg base for excellent stability. It’s very portable, making it an ideal choice for on-site printing at events such as fair, races, and tournaments. It’s capable of handling designs up to 16 x 16 inches.
This durable flash cure unit is available with several options. An automatic rotation box can be added, which will move the flash in and out of position using a foot pedal or a dwell timer. A heavier duty stand can be added, which has a wider base for greater stability. A temperature control box is another option. Heavy-duty locking casters can be added to the stand to make it easier to move the flash in and out of position.
It comes as a 110V model, # SS18C 110V or 220V, which is #SS182C 220V. It can be plugged into any household outlet without any special wiring. This unit comes with a 10-year warranty.
