Extra 0 in my numbers. It's 666 per hour for an 8 hours day and 105 per hour for a 24.  So I hope he is running at least 2 shifts or I am really doing something wrong.

Yea, that's 2 shifts, ton of setups.  9 hour and 8 hour shifts.  Much less per hour but that was a ton of setups yesterday.

Thanks for the interesting replies.
When you work on a hourly rate, say printing average of 275, how may hours do you actually work per day?
Is 275 the average for a 9 hour shift or do you allow for stoppages?
Our hourly rate is high, closer to $400.
Our business is different to most, we have ready made designs we sell to the tourist market.
Lots of folding and packing.     We also carry a lot of stock, we import most of our shirts.     Handling also takes time.     We have a driver and sales staff all included in this figure.
Our set up is taking too long at the moment, we spend almost as much time on set up as we do printing.
