Man oh man, we had the honor of having Greg at our shop all day this past Saturday after he wrapped up his morning iss meeting. We've always looked up to Greg, and most of our ideas came from his articles, buuuuut, having him come in and assess our current flow, among other aspects was sooooo eye opening. I've already had so many questions from people about what he has to say but seriously, every shop is different so having him come out is really the only way. We were so nervous, but he has a way of not making you feel bad, rather touching up and reworking what you do to give you a total 360 in efficiency. Lots to do. But all exciting stuff and Greg we can't thank you enough. I highly recommend getting him out, even if you"think" you are on top of it, he'll show you more
