Hey everyone!
Thank you so much for all the tip. I tore down the table and reworked it. Re-mounted the clamps, added a third in the middle and off a suggestion from another printer removed the wing nut and replaced with a nut and washer and now tighten with a wrench. Sucker does not move now! I will try doing more pulling on paper as I am pusher. If I am still getting movement it has to be the vacuum/paper.
I am also looking into getting some TW Inks. I know River City has them but I am east coast and thought I would see if there is a distributor closer to me. I am in NC.
