If you’ve got a question about Workhorse equipment, you can now visit the website at www.workhorseproducts.com, click the Live Chat icon, and have instant access to a Workhorse Products representative. Whether it’s a question about the footprint, capacity, or price, you simply type in your question and have an answer within moments.

The live chat is available during business days and hours, and sometimes during nights and weekends.  If you see it on the website, it’s live. When there is no representative available, the icon doesn’t appear on the screen.

Along with the Live Chat option, Workhorse also has a Facebook page where you can post a question or comment.  Questions can include trouble-shooting, resource questions, or just about any topic related to screen printing.
