Great video and look into this business model. My only critique is the framing of Tom who is looking off to the viewer's right. He should have been framed up more to the left in the frame. Sorry, I am a video geek!!!

I know tom.. worked with him during my days with ODM. Tom is the one who developed the leather patch and many other styles of specialty printing.

Scary stuff.

Those promises from customers are how companies like Sears and Walmart bent people over in the past. :(

Amazing shop though!

One of the big grocery companies in Canada started short paying invoices by 1.4% saying they had to do so to stay competitive....I imagine in a big operation like this where margins are "razor thin" if a few big clients get itchy it would hurt.....

Tom is an old Baja bike racer and broke his neck. He is framed where he looks!!! LOL! If you want to see who he really is look up Crusty demons videos and search Tom Butler. Not one to avoid risk!

That's an impressive operation to say the least! We still want to get over to VF and see how that place runs, to imagine it's bigger than this guy is even nuttier!

Had a chance to visit M&R today, talk about a HUGE facility all dedicated to garment decoration -- they're just down the street from me so it was a quick Uber hop over there.

I remember the Niles facility years ago, but the new one is impressive.  What's more impressive is how much they make here in the States, which is pretty much everything.  Their equipment is stunning, their workflow is organized and efficient, and everyone had a smile on their faces (even the guys in the CNC workshop, and I did work in CNC for years and never saw anyone smiling).

Checking out the M Link assembly room was also amazing.  Knowing they're slamming those things together with gentle hands and patience really puts the high price tag in line with what you're getting.

They could, and should, charge for tours.
