Also, mcguire,  most of us who use WB stickum have also learned the advantage of pallet tape to aid in cleanup and eventual reapplication.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

OK, so I went back at the end of the day yesterday, and tried to see what was up.  Here is what I found...

Where the image was burnt on the screen, it looks like it was too low, so the press operator decided to move the platens back, so far back that the platen was under the screen holder on the back side.  With how much screen adhesive overspray there was, the screen holder was sticking to the platen, possibly causing some mis registration.  Maybe...

All in all, we are using up the l;ast of our spray today, and going to use our Tekmar from here on out.  We will also load shirts through the neck to prevent any type of play.

Thanks for all of the replies, and help!

A note on application of spray adhesives. Make a mask out of cardboard or coroplast, or masonite to reduce overspray.

Whenever there is a problem that seems to have no apparent cause,..... there is a cause. ;D
