We are seeking a Manager-Partner for a successful wholesale/retail company specializing in screen-printing, embroidery, and more. Located in the San Fernando Valley in CA, we have been in business for 15 years, with 15+ websites and over $200k of inventory.
You will handle the day-to-day operations of the entire print production process, as well as mediating with vendors. We don't just want someone who knows the back of the house; we need someone who can also run the front and interact with customers.
We are looking for someone with a MINIMUM of 7 years in the screen-printing business. You MUST be knowledgeable about printing, management, artwork separation, etc. We are not looking for someone who managed the fries at McDonald's for a year or two--we want someone who is familiar with the aspects of running a business and being a team leader, has a strong desire to learn and grow, and possesses a developed sense of integrity.
<b>**PLEASE READ:**</b> Since we are looking for someone to be a partner as well as a manager, we have three options for candidates: 1) someone who can buy into the company, 2) someone who is willing to work a period of reduced wages, or 3) someone who has their own business they'd like to merge with ours.
