Hi Guys

I started screen printing for our retail business about 10 years ago after our family and our screen printer's family were both displaced by hurricane Katrina. We went to Houston and he went to Georgia.  We kept up for awhile but it just got to be too difficult ordering from him with all the changes we both had to make.

All our shirts were easy 1 to 4 color designs so I learned quickly, but I also haven't progressed much past a 110 mesh.  I've just recently started printing halftones and I'm loving it. I'd like to one day do color seps like you guys so I'm really glad I found this forum.

I'm also starting to promote our screen printing services to turn it into a second business. Over the years I've done some printing for other people but I haven't sought it out.  Now that I've started a little advertising, I'm struggling with handling calls from people that want quotes.  I would like to post a question or two about this but I don't see the appropriate place on this forum.

Thank you all for keeping this forum going. I don't think I have a lot to contribute but I'll be reading all the old and new posts for awhile.

Danny

Hey Danny, glad you found us.
Now, go and buy yourself a half dozen 160's and 200's and relegate those 110's to special needs. ;)
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

What Frog said... and feel free to ask any question at all, this is a great group of folks just itching to show off their collective knowledge... (I mean that in the nicest possible way)
