Looking to do these type of hats...im a newb!
« on: July 13, 2016, 04:51:50 PM »
Please take a look at the attached neon foam trucker hats with simple words on them, some of the things I am trying to figure out:

1. What kind of press will I need or you suggest for this?
2. What would the process be in creating designs like this?

I would appreciate any help on this!

Thanks

i would do these as a screen printed transfer.

You'd need a simple 1 color screen printing set up, and a heat press.

Thank you! I have no idea what this means, can you point me to the right direction to learn about this?

Edit: do you recommend a machine or setup?

This is a great site for having someone print and ship the transfers and then all you would need is a hat heat press you could find on craigslist, or amazon.  easy peasy

That site also has some educational stuff and explains about their Stahl's brand of heat presses.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?
