Looking for a shop that can do some cut&sew all over sublimation for us.

The Subject line pretty much gives it away already.
My client needs this done soon, not so big qtys and at this stage I cannot care anylonger how much it will cost. I know if I would get this done here in Japan I`ll end up paying at least $80-$100 per item. Probably more. And anyway all the shops I`ve asked are fairly busy for the next 6 weeks and would not be able to fit this in.

Would any of you guys be able to help out?

I use a business in the Philippines called Willix Sports(.com off the top of my head). Pretty close to Japan I'd say. They have very reasonable prices but their customer service is not quite as good as the Chinese.
