We got call backs from both Nazdar and Nortech. All screens are getting replaced. From what I have been told in the conversations is:
1. These tensions are below their standards and they are taking screens back just because of this fact. Screens I should have received should of been 26+ on all of them.
2. The new red glue that is thinner is due to many complaints about the thick red glue leaving a ridge and effecting scoop coating. We will test the strength of it on a screen before shipping the pallet back.
3. No caulking was because it apparently wasn't ordered? Not sure where that fault lies.
Either way this problem should hopefully be resolved on Tuesday.
