How would you sep this?

I'm thinking of having a go at some more technical print jobs to see what I can pull off. This is a logo I did for a friend a few years back and I think it could be a good starting point. I have license to change a few things to make it better for screen print, such as making the smaller text a solid colour, but I would like to see how close I can get to the digital logo.
Printed on the back of black hoodies, size at 9.5" wide.

Printed on a 5 colour manual (one of the 6 heads is effed). My shitty exposure unit is unlikely to handle anything finer than 35-40lpi
I'm thinking it would be a grey>flash>(repeat grey if necessary)>light green>dark green>yellow

Any thoughts?

I would go this route:

White base the lettering only. Let the grey be a subtle muted grey.

Withe base-160 or 150s mesh
Yellow-230
Flo green-230
Dark green-230
Grey-160

I second this.  However, I would probably print Grey first instead of last.

I would run the gray first with out an unberbase because the gray can be printed wet on wet. Gray then underbase wet on wet.

This is to just try a different way of thinking about it. The obvious method is listed above.
You could use just yellow and flo green. Print green first (with the deeper green area being about 80% green and going to shirt color. That lighter neon green can show through the yellow more. 60% green with 40% yellow over top.

Saves one color.  It's easier though, to add a color.

Interesting alternatives. I thought the grey would work as an underbase but probably not if the yellow needs to be transparent
