Anyone ever heard of these?  Good brand?  Software? One for sale in my area, but I am having trouble figuring out anything about it...

I think this one is only a few years old.  I simply had never heard of the brand.  Looking around on google I can only find one thread that even mentions them.  The rest of the results are just retailers.
