Dalco Athletic Thermo Image is a lightweight vinyl that comes as a ready-to-apply lettering or number transfer. Ten new patterns were recently added to the 10 classic patterns available. These include arrow, Harlem, pyramids, kaleidoscope, Greek, herringbone, chevron, barb kat, medaline and circuit.
For lettering, Thermo Image is ideal for creating school, team or organization names in your choice of 32 stock colors. You choose from five font styles and 20 patterns. Names measure approximately 5 inches high and 11 ½ inches wide. Layouts include a script name with tail or arched in adult and youth sizes.
Numbers come in 0 to 99 in three sizes: 4 inch, 6 inch and 8 inch. This transfer will adhere to cotton, poly/cotton, polyester and fleece at a temperature of 325° F for 17 seconds. The minimum order is 10 pieces and increments of five thereafter.
Customers also can email or fax a custom design that is created to their specifications.
