Printing some discharge D-White yesterday and the ink was like cottage cheese, added a little water and it still cheesed up so I ended up tossing it, so my question is does DC go bad over a period of time unmixed and what cause's the cottage Chi effect or was it me mixing it bad.  6% to a ink weight of powder right,  I do remember when I bought the D-white it had a different feel and look about and it worked very smooth.

how old was it? we don't go through a ton of D white, maybe a gallon every other week but it never has a chance to turn cheesy. The only issue we have with D white is the LID, holy freakin banana balls, we can not get the D white lid to go back on for nothing. The other buckets, D base, U base, Spot black - no problem...figure that one out...

oh well there ya go.....frozen...

Don't think it froze although it can get pretty cold in the shop and sitting on a concrete floor might not be a good idea during winter months.

I had some Magna do that and they replaced it.

Whenever it cottage cheeses up like that its bad. Most whites only have a 6 month shelf life with discharge.
