Any shopworx users who can help
Having issues getting Box Labels to print using a zebra LP2844 with 4x6 roll labels from Onsite8.0. The printer is installed correctly, prints from other applications properly but only prints blank labels from Onsite. This is the same printer we use for UPS labels so I assume it would be fine with Onsite labels as there is a print option for 4x6 lables. Also it appears you can only print 1 line of product from manifest ie if you have 1 line of mens t’s and a second line of ladies t’s in one box it prints 2 labels, am I missing something here?
