I think I will pass on these, I hadn't really paid too much attention to the ad i suppose, they are 89 brand new.  Ill just look for M3's that I know can handle any mesh.  I have a few months before I need them, just trying to start my collection early

The biggest MZX frames made are 23x31.  Anything over 30n and the bow on the MZX-UL.  The older frames maybe 35N.  23x28 bow at about 40N. The 23x26 I can take to the max of 50N without bowing.

SI, where are you located?

I have a Newman Roller Master (I think it's the L3 model) that is setup for either M3 or MZX frames. I'm moving away from screen printing and going all DTG so I'd be willing to part with it.

Also have a ton of 23x31 Newman frames but they are MZX, a couple hand wrenches and a ST1E tension meter.

I'm near Tampa, FL.

PM me if interested.
