Shawn do you offer Zorrel shirts?......Right now In Canada they are over 1.00 less than Gildan 2000s (S-XL) and over 2.00 less for 2XL..They ship from Kansas City and freight is free over U$@225.00....

Yeah but im in no rush ... what else do I have to print? It'll more like hangin out with a buddy listening to good tunes and printin' tees. Time will fly by.

If I had your prices down here, I wouldn't be able to turn the work out fast enough.  I just couldn't survive long on them.

I sell way more Zorrel than anything else because I can place the order, they print it and ship it direct to my client....I get the odd complaint but no more than any other brand....

But I just looked at the U$ price for Gildan 2000s and it looks like the difference might not be as much down your way.....

I like the control of being able to control what comes out of my shop , even when I sub out jobs to a buddies shop I'm there helping out and sort of making sure everything is going smoothly. Hell I'm alittle nervous about having a buddy help me this weekend even though he used to own a printing biz himself.

There are maybe 20 very large contract shops in the USA......They turn out millions of garments a year, mostly without their clients standing over their shoulders to make sure they get it right....I outsource 100s of orders a year and do not need to be a "control freak" and have very few problems.....

Now I was not really thinking of you outsourcing to Zorrel but rather that it might give you a less expensive shirt option to offer....

That'd be golden, but they're 50/50 and my dryer is too small. We're growing though. I'll have that Interchange MD-8 Dryer in no time and print discharge all day lol.

Charging them 1.75 a shirt. Invoice is a little over $1900. I'm home based at the moment. I'd bring it to my boss's shop but I don't want to bug him with it. When I quoted it I estimated 20 hours. I meant I have a week to do it. I'm sure I'll finish it in a few days. I print a lot between both jobs and my hands are shot so I try to pace myself. I'm saving every dime I have for an auto. This is the largest job I've had so far. Been a decent month actually. The client found me on google, guess the places page worked out after all.
