Whats the differnce between pvc free plastisol and water based ink. Both are acrylic base.

Plastisol is generally made by taking PVC powder and dispersing it into a plastisizer.  PVC Free Plastisol would be plastisol made by some other type of plastic such as acrylic.  Waterbased inks are based on water (up to 70-75%), not plastic or acrylic.  The confusion may be due to the binders in waterbased ink being called "acrylics" but they aren't based on these binders, the primary component is water.

I think the question is maybe- what's the difference between HSA and PVC-Free Plastisol aka "acrysols" like Rutland Eko, etc. ?

One will dry in the screen the other will not 

There is many differences, price, curing time, stencil selection, wow printing...

I would say that between the Jantex post and the post from Willy35 - that's about it in a nut shell

I have been running further tests of the Wilflex One and the colour vibrancy and Pantone accuracy has impressed me so far.

Wash fastness was pretty cool 5 x 60 degree wash tumble dry in between with out any colour degradation printed over a clear/white base on dark shirts.

On the Water based High Solids front the Oasis Intense delivers similar wash results - the Oasis Intense Black is exceptional for fibre matte down and wash durability
