Plastisol : Mixopake, because it is matt colors, it is opaque, it print great.
WB : on light permatone, because it print great, matt finish and it is GOTS approved.
on dark, VIRUS ink, minimal dot gain, great hand of the print, easy to print, and it is GOTS approved.

I watch closely to Wilflex One, getting rid of PVC is my goal.

Plastisol colors = International coatings
Plastisol Whites = International coatings

Plastisol Black = Wilflex

WB white = matsui / CCI
WB colors = Sericol / CCI
...keep doing what you're doing, you'll only get what you've got...

We our a water base shop.
Discharge we use CCI white and sericol ink for our colors.
HSA we use Magna bases for color and virus for our white.
Black we use Green Galaxy if there is no trapping and CCI spot black if there is trapping.
Poster ink I use TW graphics 5500 series.
These were the best brand we tested out.
As far as color match sericol fails but I pretty good at keep track of my new recipes.
Magna is spot on for color matching and when we are off its user error most of the time.  Also it prints well.
Tw graphics ink I print because it looks good and does not give me a headache like solvent ink.

Plastisol:

Rutland C3 Mixing System
Rutland SF white - Silky if their formula gets fixed...
Custom Black ink with Rutland Group Components.

Water Base:

Rutland Pigment Discharge system - It works.

HSA:

Rutland for our current small group of colors and Black.
Currently using Green Galaxy and about to try Matsui for White.

We use Rutland products because of the awesome help and support of Kelly and Christine at RC Screen Supply.  You cant get that from the other large distributor in the North West.
Been in the industry since 1996.  5+ years with QCM Inks.  Been a part of shops of all sizes and abilities both as a printer and as an Artist/separator.  I am now the Ink and Chemical Product Manager at Ryonet.

We use a mix of Advanced Print TDB Neutral and AquaPlas FF White plus pigments and retarder for our mix.  It is opaque HSA ink with a under base.  Its the aqua flex series.

We also use magna HB Opaque/neutral for any light garment/tonal work with high mesh prints.

Rutland.  About 10 or so years ago I went to a full day semilar at their plant and learned a ton. It was free and I gained a ton of knowledge. That was before I was even printing. I was so impressed that they have been our go to ink ever since.  And the fact that they are less than 10 miles from us seals the deal.  Their tech support is pretty darn good too.
