How do you load your shirts?

We have always pulled the shirt straight onto the pallet, print side up.
I visited Alan and he flips them, says it's faster.      I am interested to know how many people do this?
If it's faster I'll get my team to work that way.

Always have stacked upside down and flipped. As a bonus, it gives me a little more chance to spot holes on both sides.

We flip.  Faster and, in my opinion, easier on your back.  It also seems to help with pills.

For a really long time I did not flip, but pulled straight on and having timed a number of ways, it was the fastest by a tiny bit for me.  That said, I started flipping a few months back and it is definitely faster after you get the hang of it if your cart is 90 degrees from the pallet.  with a straight pull you are sort of unnaturally turning the shirt to get it lined up, while the flip twists the shirt more naturally as you turn and you dont have to do anything odd with your hand positioning.  The actual action takes a little longer, but I do a quick snap during the flip which opens the shirt a little and makes actually sliding it on the pallet easier.  I also find I get the shirt straight more consistently as well.  As other have mentioned, it has the added benefit of being able to see both sides of the shirt for QC, and lint/threads tend to come off more often with the quick snap.

Dam I've been loading them straight on for over 10 years. The idea of flipping them has never occurred to me. Hmmmm think I'll have to give this a try...

I do it both ways.  The light weight "Fashion Tees I pull straight off.  All others I flip.  Another way is print side up with the neck of the shirt closest to you and you lean over the shirt and pick it up from the hem.
