Been doing this for years, when the press team comes in in the morning they turn the dedicated white ink mixer on at the same time the dryer is started.  Generally by the time the dryer is at op temp the white ink is like marshmallow cream and seems to jump through the mesh with the lightest of squeegee pressure.

Just leave your ink in your screen room John. Our screen room is usually between 85-90 degrees. When we are running a white job first thing in the morning we throw a container in there the night before and its good to go when we walk in with no mixing needed.

Its not so the ink is warm. My ink is fine.  I want to be able to modify and mix a 5 gallon. Now I feel like even when mixing the 5 I am getting too inconstant ink from top to the bottom of the bucket.
