TSB Long Beach Meet-Up (and dinner)
« on: January 16, 2016, 10:23:56 AM »
Okay, how about those who wish to meet up at the show, gather together at 3:00 at the spot illustrated here.
3:00 should avoid any conflicts with conferences and classes.

Also, please, as we are getting really close, anybody planning on the TSB eats needs to contact me or Pierre.
So far, our count is a little lower than expected

In the past, at least when I was able to attend, it was Friday and Saturday. (I've never lasted through Sunday)
Last year, they added Sunday though I have no idea how successful it was.

From my experience, Friday is my favorite day for the show as there is way more elbow room, and the best give-aways are still available!  ;)

My suggestion would be at least both Friday and Saturday, as those few minutes extra could snag someone you'd otherwise miss.

We are leaving out Tuesday.  Pretty excited.  Our 1st vacation in 5 years.  I'm looking forward to meeting the TSB family.
It's not a job if you love doing it.

The floor was packed today, like really busy! Saturday is usually a little busier.

The sheer size of that floor plan is astounding. A visit to one of these big shows is going on my to do list.

According to ISS, Friday's attendance set a record for them!

It certainly felt really busy!

Agreed. We're almost scared of how many people will be there today.

Pierre just talked to me and he will be working in the Hanes booth during the meetup time, but as luck would have it, that is right by the meeting place!
So, if he is not with the group, take a few steps to say howdy.

Did not seem that crowded today. Missed the group meet at 3, if there was one. Saw Pierre, but he was busy. Dang Frog, it's not quite the same without your smiling face! Can't wait to try out some HSA ink after cruising the ink manufacturers. Hope to get the real dope at dinner tonight!

I'm here right now. Today was and is nuts. In a good way! If you are not here you are missing out. Just putting faces to the names is amazing.

Absolutely Crazy.

If your not getting anything out of this, your probably not doing it right.

Great dinner last night, sorry I had to run and catch a plane.

As always we got to talking about toys that make like in the shop easier.

Here if the 'clipper' I was talking about with Jason and Tiffany.
