PRODUCTION MANAGER WANTED
DC Sports is a large Screen Printing and Embroidery shop servicing Schools, Colleges, Clubs, Organizations and Corporate customers all over the country. We are a fast paced, high quality company that provides excellent service.
We are seeking an energetic production manager who is committed to excellence.
Daily duties are:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of all production employees.
Scheduling the jobs for the day.
Administration of company policies and procedures.
Ensure Safety and Quality procedures are followed.
Ensure efficiency.
Preventative Maintenance.
Provide onsite training.
Work with Management to develop objectives and goals for the facility.
Requirements:
Screen Printing experience required.
Good Color Vision.
Good Verbal Communication Skills.
Basic Computer knowledge.
Physical ability to work around machinery and lift up to 70 lbs.
This is a hands-on “working manager” type of position. Must be willing to get in and work on the floor at times.
Must be able to Multi-Task.
