I don't see much in common with pickup trucks and custom tees but I see your point :)

someone has a ford..LOL

Aww, man don't be raggin' on Fords. I've got a '05 Ranger pickup I bought new with over 98,000 miles and all I've ever done to it is put gas in it, change the oil, the transmission oil, one set of tires and one battery. It's never seen the inside of a repair shop, and it still looks good.
Work is the curse of the drinking class . . .

We focus on this type of production in both dtg and screen printing for customers who left tee spring and other platforms for this reason or that.  One thing I do know is that there is more work out there then any of us can handle and too many of these companies (scalable for example) outgrow themselves to quickly.  With this type of production and fulfillment it is very hard on screen printing to run extras, so you end up dtg printing any defects, which bogs the dtg department down.

We cut off all Christmas orders earlier than last year from clients, but we had managed to fit in some larger extra campaigns right in the nick of time.  We had about four 14 hour days in a row, but its over and we can improve for next year.

Not real sure what's going on over there. My operator came from there and they clean machines every night and seem to maintain well. My last operator I fired went there at the same time my current operator was there. The one I fired worked in long runs and messed up a 900 piece job. The catchers at the end of the dryer told him they were wrong and he flicked them off and kept running it. That was about his attitude when he worked for me too.  I was recently looking to add an operator and he text me that he wanted his job back. I didn't even reply.

As far as I know recently, they cut out their second shift and work only 4 days a week too. No Monday's are worked now.

I have been getting increasing applications of people that have worked there in the last 6 months.

That's pretty funny.
