Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas Edison
We have an air leak somewhere inside the head tube of our Diamondback. It`s very noisy and there is air blowing out the head at both ends, no to mention that it drains the press of air in no time.I can`t really figure out where exactly the leak is located, hard to see inside the head tube but from what I can hear it has to be closer to the press center then the outside of the head. Can someone give me advise on how to quickly and easily find the exact spot of the leak and how to fix it.

Take the cover off where the flow controls are for speed on the head. You can easily see if it's in the front or rear this way.

How can I completely disconnect air from that print head so that we can run at least the other heads for now?

Get someone that works on cars or compressors and it will be fixed in less than a hour.
