your loader looks awfully uncomfortable, stressed and inefficient IMO the cost of an unloader is extremely inexpensive vs the benefits.

I didn't want to go posting a link to someone else's stuff, but glad you put that up Danny!
Here is one I just shot a bit a go to show quick swap out if you were using a screen with the same color ink and wanted to leave
squeegee floods in place and not go to the panel to park all the heads.

We do exactly the same as Dannys video, except we drop the flood bar in the back and they put both in the front when they drop screens.

Seems like the comparison between the Sporty and G3 would be more accurate if they were both 10 colour machines? The OP may be the only guy to choose a sportsman over a G3 ;)

To each his own, but there is no way I would go back to a table lift press after using a press that drops the screens . So many benefits...

Guess I must be the most old school lovin young guy here.

We switch screens out in about 20 seconds and have it registered... I guess you can compare the two videos if you want.

No moving the heads, no park feature, no table moving. Boards can be anywhere. Unclamp, pull out, put in, clamp, table up, lock. Done.

He also grabbed the Trilock pallet to free wheel. One of the first reason's people complain they aren't getting good reg, they grab that pallet and move it just enough to mess with the next screen. Personal prefrence though. I'd put money on a team with the technique down doing a 6 color break down set up between both presses being faster on a GT. With a 16 color press, you should be setting up , say a 6 color job, and another 6 color job at the same time, then jump from job to job, break down at once, set up a couple more. But, honestly, what ever works in each person's shop at the end of the day. But NEVER grab the tri lock pallet.

One color design. Doesn't matter if I grab the trilock pallet or not...Noone will ever load the shirt straight enough to notice a degree or two of difference.

Multi color job, yes I agree don't grab it. I also teach to push to the left and lock the trilock pallet to the arm at the same time, so if someone does trilock a screen and ram the screen against the trilock it doesn't have any further left go go than when you put it on originally.

Just watched your video, I can see how your quick on the sportsman doing screens in/out dropping/banging it around like that...... Good thing your able to use strong mesh since your just mashing ink contract printing LOL If my guys handled our screens that same way we would be blowing mesh left and right. We are craftsman, not ink mashers but everyone has their bone I suppose  8)

Guess everyone's got their ways.

Whats the mashing ink a stab at?

Does your mesh not hold up to abuse danny? Would it pop if I dropped it on a pallet?
