Imprintables Warehouse recently released a new video that demonstrates how to use Spectra™ Alloy, a heat transfer vinyl with a metallic look designed for use with digital cutters.

A fashion design is prepared prior to the start of the video, and the prerequisite test cut also has been done. The 15-inch wide gold material is mounted into the cutter, and the width and cutting force settings are explained.

Viewers can observe the intricate design being cut and then removed from the cutter. The carrier sheet is peeled off, and the design is weeded next to a reference printout of the art to make it easier to identify which parts needs to be weeded.

Once the design is weeded, the proper time, pressure, and temperature settings for the heat seal machine are explained, and the design is sealed to a gray V-neck T-shirt. Viewers get to see a close-up of the decorated T-shirt as well as a shot of the shirt held up.
