Wife just pulled this out of the dryer (I'm no longer allowed to do laundry).

Greens half way washed out and everything completely under cured!

Press was very interesting looking though...Not sure if I like it. Glad they are working out for you Danny.

Max rating on the dryer at the show was 300 pcs per hour.... At times I ran the press 550 pcs per hr by myself as people wanted to see the press running faster then what the dryer could keep up. Your bound to undercure some shirts doing that. I was demoing setups on press, and running the press not so worried about ink and curing lol and yes the presses are working out great for my shop much better then I anticipated

Not sure exactly but it was only about 2 feet long and what I would consider to be for a manual press. The booth space was small as there would not be room for anything larger. I have two roq dryers in my shop running 4 autos and we've never had a cure issue. Trade show using a manual dryer and running shirts through over double what the dryer is rated of course you will have some cure issues.

I am guessing it was electric also which is not good for water base.  I amusing you were printing green galaxy water base also?

Same situation and same thing happened with the shirt I picked up from the Ryonet booth at Atlantic city this year. I was really impressed seeing the Roq print. But  watching the shirts go through that tiny dryer... there was no way it was going to fully cure, no natter how much "warp drive" is in the ink.  Sucks, because I also really wanted a good sample of GG ink...

Somewhere in all of this, there has to be a joke using the term "half baked"

Perhaps a sticker or handout explaining the situation, and suggesting additional cure before laundering would help many recipients (at least those with access to a better dryer) of this souvenir/sample.

Then there's always a visit to the booth of a competitor with a better dryer.

Learned long ago show shirts go down our dryer before distribution to staff.

Gas and electric supply are  a mystery on a trade show floor.
