Plus one for action. I've had there zipper pallets and printed thousands of zippereds. If you want consistent prints and do it often then there well worth the money.

We print on a auto a cut a piece out of the  squeegee and flood bar a little wider than the zip.
We cannot print over the zip but have no problem printing on both sides.
We use this set up for polo shirts a boxer shorts with buttons in the middle.
