National Sales Manager Position

Chemical Consultants, Inc is currently seeking a National Sales Manager to help with the growth, profitability and success of the Sales Department. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and motivating sales associates, as well as providing leadership and continuous improvement and guidance to help achieve revenue and margin targets. This roles requires an individual who has the ability to handle multiple relationships simultaneously while being service driven.  He/She must have sales management experience, be self-motivated and possess a winning attitude, with perseverance and strong work ethic. Must be willing to travel throughout USA.
Job Requirements
•   Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business administration, Communications or Social Sciences
•   Proven leadership skills in sales within the Screen Printing Industry
•   5+ years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically screen printing, coupled with 2-3 years managing a direct sales force or managerial/supervisory
experience 
•   Proven track record of planning and executing sales meetings and margin targets
•   Ability to travel 75% 
•   Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication (verbal and written) skills
•   Strong computer knowledge and skills
•   Self-motivated, disciplined and highly driven to meet goals and deadlines.
•   Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
•   Valid driver’s license
National Sales Responsibilities
•   Hiring, training, and development/coaching of sales staff. 
•   Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
•   Good negotiation skills.
•   Work closely with team on new leads, existing clients and proposals.  Maintain knowledge of competitive activity.
•   Convert potential business and leads into actual opportunities increasing sales revenue to align with CCI expectations. Identifying new opportunities for increased
revenue growth.
•   Establishes reasonable sales goals based upon current market trends and market conditions working alongside representative.
•   Prepares sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
•      Analyzes sales data in order to identify strengths and weakness of a particular promotion.
•      Oversees the budget for the company’s sales force.
•   Partners with President to develop policies and procedures as they relate to sales and representatives’ territories.
•   Networks with potential customers and distributors in an effort to promote certain products and equipment.
Location
Anywhere in the USA.  Position is remote.
Salary
CCI is prepared to offer a highly competitive salary for the right individual.  Commissions will be based on Regional Sales Representatives as well as individual account responsibilities.
