MHM E Type - Speed control dials / pressure dial replacement

Time of year now when we are getting all the machines up to scratch and fixing anything that needs fixing.  We have had our Air Engineer visit and given him a list of things that we need sorting.  One of which are the speed control dials for the flood and or squeegee need replacing on a couple of the heads on our MHM E Type.  One of the pressure controls also needs replacing (we already have this spare part).

Couple of questions…..

1.  Does anyone know how to get into the panel on the print arm to change the dials and replace the pressure control know?  It looks like the front panel hinges at the top but as no manual was supplied with the machine when we brought it new, we can't see how to gain access.  Probably really straight forward?  Has anyone got a decent maintenance / workshop manual of at least know how to get access behind the panel?

2.  Secondly,  the Air Engineer has said that we need to know the rating / state of the speed dials / knob - we can probably source them from RS Components here in the UK.

On MHMs webpage are manuals, pneumatic and electro plans. But I haven't found ones for E-type. Have you asked them?

Yes - I tried to call today - they have as far as I know just the one engineer and he was busy and asked me to call back in an hour.  Then time slipped away like it does!

Shame we didn't get (or ask for) a user manual when we bought the machine.

2 screws on the top (you'll have to remove the plastic plugs) and unwind the micro knob on the front. The whole front pieces detaches with the exception of the cables. . .
