Roller Frame question

We have a few Roller Frames in our shop that showed some problems right from the day we received them. Now some of them turned into major trouble makers. What do you do when the rollers move with the bolts when you tighten them. Right now I`m dealing with one  frame where that`s happening on 6 out of the 8 bolts or let me put it this way every single roller is effected by this.

not really sure what you mean when you say  "What do you do when the rollers move with the bolts when you tighten them."

I have had a bunch of issues with the bolting on my rollers (newmans) but I suspect your issues are different than mine.
Can you post a little more detail or information on what is happening with your frames?

how are you stretching them?  manually? Stretching table?

Bought them new. Using the Newman stretching table.
generally when I tighten the bolts the roller starts moving with the bolts in the same direction. I then have to use the wrench to prevent the roller to move any further. On a few of my roller frames I can`t even loosen the bolts as they became "one" with the rollers for some reason. Generally the bolts are not moving independently from the roller. We have as well at least 3 or 4 Roller Frames that take in water.
I guess I should maybe shoot a short video of my problem.

What color bolts, could be they need the anti-seize compound depend on silver or black bolt. Black no anti, silver yes I think.
Water thats something else.

Screw that man, if you bought those things new, I would return ALL of them so fast UPS couldn't even handle it!

Unfortunately, I'm guessing you bought them from the US though right? Which means shipping was probably a large chunk of the total bill. By any chance did you use a credit card? I put as much as I can on credit cards simply for the added protection in a situation like this.

Have you contacted Stretch Devices directly?

No I never spoke to them about it as I just took it as a common issue that the bolts are not going in smoothly. But now the problem got so bad that I have written an email to them.

That's the best place to start. Shouldn't be any issues with new.
I see so many complain about used Newman's and say what Judge Judy says,
the cheap comes out expensive. Although have bought many used. It's all in how they have been treated.

Ok so the guys at Stretchdevices replied, "6 month warranty but they would like to see some pictures so that they can figure out what causes the problem".
