SISER HOLOGRAPHIC VINYL

A heads up on Siser Easy weed HOLOGRAPHIC VINYL, SPECTRUM color. Currently there is a quality issue with the material. I called Siser and they are aware of the issue and working to eliminate the condition.
The issue is there are what look like cut lines in the vinyl. On a 5 foot piece we have 3 transverse lines reducing the usable area of the material .
we bought this product from US Cutter, took a couple of e-mails and phone calls to resolve the issue, we were not completely happy with the compensation. Instead of sending us 2 replacement feet of material as we suggested we were given a discount on our next purchase and are left to figure out how to stretch 3 useable feet to do a 5 foot job.

a little over a week ago I was offered the opportunity to rate my recent order /products by US Cutter.
One of the products were defective resulting in the following review submitted to the US Cutter inquiry.
to date my review has not made it onto the US Cutter review section for this specific product nor have I had any additional contact from US Cutter.

The holographic product, COLOR SPECTRUM is defective, Siser is aware of it and working to correct the condition. If you need HOLOGRAPHIC SPECTRUM material call Siser first, they were very cooperative and straight up about the issue.
 
The defect is lines transverse all across the 20 inch sheet. Bought a 5 foot length it had 3 lines that spoil at least 2 feet out of the 5 we bought. We requested US cutter send us 2 more feet as we need 5 useable feet....instead they contributed  a $10.00 credit on our next purchase......didn't solve the issue with the defective material and we are still 2 feet short. very disappointing.

I think US Cutter is not playing it straight. They asked me for a review resulting from my last order. One of the products they supplied was defective, Siser holographic spectrum color, this defect was confirmed by Siser who was completely straight up on the issue and made no bones about it, they even offered to replace the material for me, something US Cutter did not offer. Kudos to Siser however US Cutter , to date has not posted the review I submitted. Details in red below.

IMHO US Cutter is demonstrating pretty piss poor customer service......what say you US Cutter?
