Has anyone ever printed on PVC/Soft Rubber for key chains?

No but Nazdar has inks......GV series for gloss and VF for flat.....dmiller@nazdar.com would be a good contact.....

PS....Most suppliers (in China) I use pad print them....

Thanks! I have the inks, i'm just trying to figure out where we can get blank PVC to test out a project we have coming up!

Sorry but I just have to ask......Why is client not getting them printed in China?....I typically pay 15.00 set and 4 or 5 cents a print......

I have a handful of old keychain blanks somewhere in box you can play around with, we use to print them many years ago with our pad printer, if I can find them I can snellmail you a few.
