water based dry

My Matsui water based hard and dry during shipment. Isn there any way to correct.

If nothing else, the seller should assume liability, so at least you can have it replaced.
Gotta be a heat thing.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

Send it back first.  If it is really hard, nothing you can do.  Is this a high solids system?
