M&R Digital Support
« on: July 15, 2015, 08:09:27 PM »
Machine down on Monday, called to Alex W, tech from Chicago to my shop in GA the next morning, found problem and fixed it!  What more can I say or could anyone ask for!  That's why they are #1!  Get in line everyone else!  My experience!

I meant Alex W, but Alex M is a great guy too!

As many of you know I'm not exactly part of the blue team, but I have had nothing but great interactions with Alex M. in their digital dept. He is a real class act. Able to put my choice in presses aside and remain 100% professional. Shot them right to the top of my list when I am ready to break off my love affair with films... :P
Alex

Hopefully I'll never have to grow up and get a real job...

For those of you who may not know it, Alex started life as a rag printer just like most of us.

Rich meet him while waiting for carryout one night when he was wondering around a shopping center and curiously walked into a shirt shop.  At least that's the way I heard it!  :)

That been there, done that experience makes Alex even more of a professional asset to the M&R team.

Alex M is a rockstar, he don't act like it, but he's gone out of his way to always be there for support or get it handled. Since going ST I really haven't had to bother him, but he and the digital team have really built up a sweet support system. They keep you producing for sure. In fact I had a courtesy visit a couple weeks ago from our local digital tech to make sure we were good, now that's service.

I didn't want to over glorify Javier, but yeahman, he's an awesome dude. Knows his stuff. He can 99.999999% of the time pinpoint an issue before you finish your sentence. The team is definately strong, and I feel confident in saying there isn't and won't be a tighter or better team for this type of application anywhere. I hear waaaaaay too many horror stories from people from other brands of cts and dtg stuff. I'm glad we are locked in good with the M&R family. Dan, one day we will get to meet, looking forward to some good chit chat with ya! If you are ever in our area you are always welcome.
