Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

I would not worry about the very small amount of blue in the metal.
Been in the industry since 1996.  5+ years with QCM Inks.  Been a part of shops of all sizes and abilities both as a printer and as an Artist/separator.  I am now the Ink and Chemical Product Manager at Ryonet.

Base light beige 200 mesh. (305 mesh on top colors).  People look to the lower s mesh these days but for sim process, I'm looking for blending and not coverage. You can do S mesh on just the base.

It can be done in different ways and still look good so yes, you can do this.

We could print this in 1985 on wood screens.  Unless you use a set that is 20+ n/m out from each other then yes.  i would also suggest double bevel squeegees

Homer,

this customer has the license to print this. He also has the license to print the Toxic Avenger..remember that movie from the 80's? LOL

We printed a bunch of those. He's Legit.

He has a license for a couple random b movies out there. One shirt or 2 are being tested at a spencers store in the malls.LOL
