Our M&R tech advised us on his last visit to us not to run the squeegees on our Diamondback S over the edge of the pallets. But we could not figure out a way how to avoid this when printing small prints that fall maybe 1 1/2 inches below the neck on the back of the shirt. Are there any work arounds, tips and tricks we don`t know of?

You can lower the shirt on the pallet and have squeegee run over collar. Using lasers can make positioning the shirts easier and more accurate.

Also without a shirt on the pallet, if you want to keep it off the edges just index up, place squeegee in holder, and mark on the squeegee where you need to place it each time so it is exactly center.

Start your print 3" down on the pallet and place back of shirt firmly on pallet, this will align it just where you need it (can move screens up a tiny bit if need be).
