Post expose rinse

We currently use el chepo presure washer for our post expose rinse, blow out. Huge fan spray at about a foot away.

El Cheapo has about reached end of its life. Looking for a new, nice unit to replace it with. Before I do I want to ask what you all use, and what has worked best.

We have done the garden hose...and its okay, but blows out a lot of dots.

So looking for a 15amp, 115v 1000-1500psi pressure washer, or some sort of magical wand that you all may be using. MUST be auto start/stop as our Mi-T-M for reclaim isn't auto start-off and its annoying having to turn it off and on all the time when its not in use.

That's a good unit, it's the one we have.  Just don't buy it from Grainger and pay double what you would if you bought it from a store that doesn't try to rip off customers.  And I hope Grainger's PR staff comes across this post like they did one of the others I made.

get a fixed tip for it from northern tool.  right now we are running a 30 degree tip I think...i really like it.  I think that is what pierre recommended.  I got I think a 4 or 5 on the opening as well.

The adjustable wand head goes to crap quickly.

Speaking of wands get one that has as much metal parts in it as you can those mostly plastic fitting wands ain't worth 2 cents, you will replace them often and that money can buy you one nice wand.

I've mentioned it before, but I have had the same 2 cheap piece of crap lowe's 1500 psi pressure washers for years without issues.  They both are kept on literally 24 hours a day every day unless I am moving them (never).  I just pick them up and press the trigger and they work, no turning things on and off, no leaks or breaks.

Yea...adjustable wands suck. Usually also twice as long as I would like them and are never even to distribute the water. We replaced our reclaim unit with a much shorter fixed spray unit. No more Issues.

my washer blew out about 6 months ago. Bought this super compact unit and love it $100.00 including shipping.
The wand is 3 piece not crazy about that but so far real good. nozzle adjusts from wide soft spray to concentrated jet.
Keep in mind we are a small shop but for what it cost and how it works it is the best washer I have ever used .
This by the way is my 5th pressure washer, run like hell from Kratcher brands IMHO they suck!
